Bolero Flats, Minneapolis: BCA Crime Scene Investigation

Law enforcement vehicles and a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) Crime Scene Team truck are present outside the Bolero Flats apartment building on Marquette Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. This location was the site of an officer-involved shooting on December 29, 2021. According to interim Minneapolis Police Chief Amelia Huffman, an officer discharged their weapon nine seconds after entering an apartment on the seventh floor, where the victim was reportedly holding a gun.
