The incident involved agents ramming a vehicle and demanding identification from a Latino man who stated he was released upon proving his U.S. citizenship. This occurred two blocks from where ICE agents had previously shot and killed Renee Good on January 7, 2026, highlighting ongoing tensions related to federal immigration enforcement operations in the city.
