Handwritten flyer on utility pole with ICE alert codes instructing whistles for enforcement activity in Minneapolis.

A flyer posted on a utility pole in Minneapolis outlines a community alert system for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity. The notice provides two codes: "Code 1" indicates ICE is in the area and instructs individuals to blow a whistle with a "Pre-Pre-Pre..." sound. "Code RED" signifies that ICE is detaining someone, and the whistle should be blown with a "PREEEEEEE..." sound. Find more photos like this on my Operation Metro Surge: Ice in Minneapolis page.
