Street barricades on Portland Avenue in Minneapolis following the killing of Renee Good by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. The barricades were put up on the blocks around the Renee Good Memorial. On January 7, 2026, 37-year-old Renée Nicole Good was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent during a federal immigration enforcement operation in south Minneapolis. Video recorded by bystanders showed Good attempting to drive away as agents surrounded her vehicle before an ICE agent fired multiple shots into the SUV.
