Seven Points Parking Ramp Rooftop
The rooftop of the Seven Points parking ramp in Uptown Minneapolis, a structure that has been closed to the public since June 2021. This closure followed the death of Winston Smith on June 3rd, 2021, on the ramp's top floor. The parking ramp is part of the Seven Points Mall complex, a significant commercial and architectural development in the Uptown area.
