Nicollet Ave New Housing Development
Construction is underway for a new housing development on Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis, on the site of the former O'Reilly Auto Parts store. The store was destroyed in the civil unrest following the murder of George Floyd in May 2020. This development represents a significant rebuilding effort in the area, which experienced widespread damage during that period. The project aims to provide new residential units and contribute to the revitalization of the Nicollet Avenue corridor.
