Original Wis Dells Fudge Sign, 100 Block, Wisconsin Dells

Broadway forms the main tourist strip of downtown Wisconsin Dells, running a few blocks from the Wisconsin River. Original Wisconsin Dells Fudge occupies a storefront on the 100 Block, marked by a marquee-style sign that's become a familiar landmark along the street. Fudge shops have operated on Broadway since the mid-20th century, part of the walkable retail core that developed alongside the town's water parks and river-boat tours. Wisconsin Dells draws millions of visitors a year, and Broadway's shops see their heaviest foot and vehicle traffic during the summer season.
