A memorial for Winston Smith is arranged on the rooftop of the Seven Points Parking Ramp in Minneapolis. Smith, a protester, was killed on June 3rd by members of a Federal Task Force during demonstrations in the Uptown Minneapolis area. The memorial, consisting of flowers, candles, and handwritten signs, serves as a tribute and a call for justice following his death. The Seven Points Parking Ramp is a multi-level structure located in the Uptown neighborhood, a commercial and cultural hub of Minneapolis.
