Welcome to Minneapolis patch on a jean jacket
This denim jacket features patches referencing the Minneapolis Uprising and its aftermath. The largest patch depicts the Minneapolis Police Department's 3rd Precinct building engulfed in flames, with the text "Welcome to Minneapolis!" above it. This imagery directly relates to the events following the murder of George Floyd in May 2020, when the 3rd Precinct was overrun and set ablaze by protesters. Another patch displays the slogan "ACAB" (All Cops Are Bastards) and a third shows a lamb with the phrase "no gods / no masters," indicative of anarchist or anti-authoritarian sentiments.
