Toussaint Morrison speaks to reporters in Minneapolis following the police shooting death of Amir Locke. The incident, which occurred in February 2022, led to public outcry and demands for accountability from the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Minneapolis Police Department. Amir Locke was killed on February 2, 2022 by Minneapolis Police officers during a no knock warrant at a Downtown Minneapolis apartment building.
