Thurston Jewelers & Bondesque, Lake St, Minneapolis, boarded with protest art

Thurston Jewelers and Bondesque, located on Lake Street in Uptown Minneapolis, are depicted with their storefronts boarded. These boards feature various protest art and messages, including calls for justice and affirmations like 'Black Lives Are Beautiful'. The boarding and artwork emerged during the 2020 protests in Minneapolis, following the murder of George Floyd, which led to widespread civil unrest and calls for systemic change.
