June 2021 — Winston Smith memorial on top of the parking ramp that he was killed by law enforcement on June 3rd. Officials say Hennepin and Ramsey County officers fired their weapons as part of a Federal Task Force serving a warrant.

June 2021 — Graffiti on windows on the top floor of the Seven Points parking ramp where Winston Smith was shot and killed by a Federal Task Force on June 3rd.
