The locks, which have the names of victims of police violence written on them, have been continuously cut off by police. Theres now a couple hundred locks along with protesters who've locked themselves to the fence 24/7 one at a time. Among their demands are for the Minneapolis and St. Paul mayors & the Governor to meet with families of those killed by police, ending qualified immunity for police and for voting on police accountability bills to occur. .
