Mural being painted at Seven Points Mall
August 2023 — A new mural being painted on the parking garage next to Seven Points Mall at Lake and Girard in Uptown Minneapolis. Winston Smith was killed by law enforcement on June 3, 2021 on the top floor which led to months of protest.
