Since March 15th families and those supporting the families of the victims of police brutality have been placing locks on fencing around the Hennepin County Government Center. The locks, which have the names of victims of police violence written on them, have been continuously cut off by police. Among their demands are for the Minneapolis and St. Paul mayors & the Governor to meet with families of those killed by police, ending qualified immunity for police and for voting on police accountability bills to occur.
