The Gus Klenke Garage in Ellison Bay, Door County, was formerly a Standard Oil station. Gus Klenke was known in the community for his mechanical skills, repairing farm equipment using scrap metal. The Klenke family also owned cottages and sold honey from bees they raised. The garage stands on the site of a former cheese factory, reflecting the area's agricultural and commercial history.
