P&G Charmin Paper Plant at Night, Green Bay

Procter & Gamble operates a paper manufacturing plant in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where Charmin toilet paper is produced. The Green Bay facility has been part of P&G's paper products operations since the company entered the tissue business through its 1957 acquisition of the Charmin Paper Company. Green Bay's location along the Fox River made it a historic center for the American paper industry, with easy access to timber, water power, and rail transport. P&G's mill there remains one of several plants across the country supplying Charmin and other paper goods to national markets.
