Minneapolis residents gathered at Lynnhurst Park for a vigil following a mass shooting at Annunciation School and Church. The event, which occurred earlier in the day, resulted in the deaths of two children and injuries to seventeen others. Speakers at the vigil included the Minnesota Attorney General, the Mayor of Minneapolis, City Council members, and a Congresswoman, addressing the community's grief and the ongoing issue of gun violence.
