Midtown Exchange and Greenway, Minneapolis

Midtown Exchange and Midtown Greenway in Minneapolis
The Midtown Exchange, originally constructed in the 1920s as a distribution center for Sears, is a prominent building in Minneapolis. It was once considered the second-largest building in Minnesota by leasable space, surpassed only by the Mall of America. Adjacent to the building is the Midtown Greenway, a popular urban trail developed on a former railroad corridor. The Midtown Exchange now houses various businesses and residences, and the Greenway serves as a vital route for cyclists and pedestrians.
