Grand Casino Mille Lacs, owned and operated by the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, is located in Onamia, Minnesota, about ninety miles north of the Twin Cities. Its event center regularly books national touring acts, and this billboard advertised an October 15 concert by singer Michael Bolton. Bolton, known for hits such as "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You" and "How Can We Be Lovers," has spent much of his later career performing at casino venues across the Midwest. The ad was posted on a building in North Minneapolis as part of a broader campaign promoting the show.
