The words "ICE KILLS" are spray-painted in red onto a snowbank along Portland Avenue in Minneapolis near where Renee Good was killed by an ICE agent. On January 7, 2026, 37-year-old Renée Nicole Good was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent during a federal immigration enforcement operation in south Minneapolis. Video recorded by bystanders showed Good attempting to drive away as agents surrounded her vehicle before an ICE agent fired multiple shots into the SUV.
