House of Blues occupies space inside Mandalay Bay on the Las Vegas Strip. The venue's interior incorporates folk-art and outsider-art pieces collected from the American South, a design approach used across House of Blues locations since the chain's founding in the early 1990s. The Las Vegas club has hosted live music performances alongside its restaurant and bar operations since Mandalay Bay opened in 1999.
