Hermès and Olives at Caesars Palace Along Bellagio’s Lake

Caesars Palace's Forum Shops line the shore of the Bellagio's eight-acre lake, giving the mall's rear facade a view normally reserved for the Fountains of Bellagio show. Hermès Paris operates a boutique here as part of the center's roster of luxury retailers, which has included brands like Gucci and Versace since the mall's 1992 opening. Olives, the Mediterranean restaurant seen alongside it, was one of chef Todd English's early Las Vegas ventures, offering outdoor seating that overlooks the water. The domed rotunda rising behind the shops is part of the Forum Shops' Roman-themed architecture, designed to evoke ancient Rome with painted skies and classical detailing throughout the complex.
