The Hennepin County Family Justice Center in downtown Minneapolis is boarded over at street level behind chain-link fencing and concrete barriers. The building houses Hennepin County court functions related to family law and domestic matters. The protective barriers and plywood cover much of the ground-floor facade along the street, reflecting heightened security measures in place in September 2020.
