Say Their Names Memorial with seasons first snowfall.

The Say Their Names Memorial, located in the vicinity of George Floyd Square in South Minneapolis, is seen here dusted with the first snowfall of the season. The memorial features black pinwheels, each inscribed with names of victims of racial injustice and police brutality, serving as a somber tribute. This site became a focal point for protests and activism following the murder of George Floyd in May 2020, and the memorial continues to be a place of remembrance and a symbol of the ongoing movement for racial equality.
