This corner building at Hennepin Avenue and Lake Street once housed JUUT Salonspa, a Minneapolis-based hair salon brand founded locally and later acquired by Aveda. The storefront sits in Uptown Minneapolis, near the intersection with Girard Avenue. By late 2021, the space was vacant and marketed as prime retail space, with a leasing sign listing agent John Nordin.
