The Seven Points parking ramp in Uptown Minneapolis, a structure that has become a site of historical significance. On June 3rd, 2021, Winston Smith was killed on its top floor during protests following the murder of George Floyd. The ramp has remained closed to the public since that month, marking a period of closure and reflection for the community.
