Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino, center, is pictured with members of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) in South Minneapolis. BORTAC is a specialized unit within Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that provides a tactical response capability for border security and immigration enforcement. The agents along with Greg Bovino would drive around to Speedway gas stations in apparent photo ops. Find more photos like this on my Operation Metro Surge: Ice in Minneapolis page.
