Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino, center, is pictured with members of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) in South Minneapolis. BORTAC is a specialized unit within Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that provides a tactical response capability for border security and immigration enforcement.
