BMW US Manufacturing Plant, Greer, South Carolina
The BMW US Manufacturing Plant in Greer, South Carolina, is the automaker's only facility in the United States. Opened in 1994, the plant was initially designed to assemble the BMW Z3 roadster. Over the years, its production capacity has expanded significantly, and it now manufactures a wide range of BMW X models, including the X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7. The facility represents a substantial investment in the region and plays a key role in BMW's global production network.
