Protesters gather beside the Midtown Greenway in south Minneapolis on September 16, 2020, for a “Block Party to Block the Precinct” rally opposing plans for a new Minneapolis Police 3rd Precinct site. The protest came months after the original 3rd Precinct building was abandoned following damage during unrest after the killing of George Floyd.
