Assistant Attorney General Colin McDonald in Minneapolis

The Secretary of Health and Human Service Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Mehmet Oz, Vice Chair of the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud Andrew Ferguson, US Attorney Daniel Rosen and Deputy Director of the FBI joined other partners to announce an indictment charging 15 defendants in a what they are calling a 94 million dollar fraud. Colin McDonald, newly appointed Assistant Attorney General for the National Fraud Enforcement Division had a message for those fraudsters they have been unable to catch: “eat drink and be married today because your days of frolicking and freedom are numbered”. The press conference came after Aimee Bock, whom the DOJ calls the “mastermind” of the Feeding Our Future case, was sentenced to 42 years in prison for her part of the $240 million children meal program fraud.
