Graffiti reading "ACAB" and "Wince Way" is visible on West Lake Street in Minneapolis. These markings appeared in the vicinity following the June 3rd shooting death of Winston Smith. Smith died when officers from Ramsey and Hennepin Counties, acting as part of a Federal Task Force, discharged their weapons while attempting to serve a warrant. The area has been a site of ongoing protests since the incident.
