Fencing on E 31st Street, Minneapolis After Encampment Removal
Fencing was installed by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) along E 31st Street in Minneapolis. This barrier was erected following the removal of an encampment that had been established in the area. The fencing serves to prevent future occupation of the space under the bridge, a common site for encampments in urban environments.
