Minneapolis City Council members Emily Koski and Linea Palmisano speak at a vigil at Lynnhurt Park in South Minneapolis. The vigil follows a mass shooting at Annunciation School and Church earlier in the morning. 2 children were killed and 17 others injured. The crowd heard from speakers ranging from the Minnesota Attorney General, Minneapolis Mayor and City Council Members, and Congresswomen.
