KISS Lounge and Nightclub on Lagoon Avenue in Uptown Minneapolis as the sun sets. The nightclubs, which are only open a few hours a week, have arguable contributed to the emptiness of the area in recent years. This block of Lagoon has historically been the entertainment district of Uptown.
