365 Nicollet Apartment Tower, Downtown Minneapolis

365 Nicollet rises along Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis, part of a wave of residential towers built in the city's Mill District during the mid-2010s. Developed by Alatus LLC and completed in 2017, the tower stands roughly 40 stories tall and holds luxury rental apartments with views of the Mississippi River and the downtown skyline.
