Federal officers from the Bureau of Prisons and Homeland Security are seen outside the Whipple Federal Building near Minneapolis making arrests. The Whipple Federal Building houses various federal agencies, including those involved in immigration and law enforcement. The Whipple building has been a place of protest since December 2025.
