Eastcliff, the University of Minnesota president’s residence in St. Paul, where Gov. Tim Walz prepared to depart after being selected as Kamala Harris’s running mate. Walz was expected to travel to the airport ahead of the campaign announcement. The historic mansion has served as the governor’s residence for official events and private meetings.
