10th Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation Scaffolding, Minneapolis

10th Avenue Bridge rehabilitation scaffolding in downtown Minneapolis. The temporary platform system surrounds the underside of the Mississippi River crossing during a major bridge rehab project. The structure provided worker access to bridge components during construction and maintenance work.
