Minneapolis Target Field Station with Prince Mural and Security. On October 10, 2019, Homeland Security officers were present at the Target Field light rail station in downtown Minneapolis. This increased security presence was in response to a major political rally held at the nearby arena, which prompted heightened security measures throughout the Warehouse District transit corridor. The station serves as a key transit hub, connecting light rail lines to the downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods.
