“Dear ICE, You’ve Got Options” Sign Urges Agents to Report Concerns

A protest sign in Minneapolis seen on February 2, 2026. The sign protesting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reads "Dear ICE, Concerned About What You're Seeing? You've Got Options." The sign offers advice to individuals feeling uneasy about their work, encouraging them to speak up safely and file reports to protect their pensions and bonuses. It provides contact information for the DHS Office of Inspector General and the Office of Special Counsel, indicating a focus on internal reporting mechanisms within the agency.
