US Bank Stadium sits at 401 Chicago Avenue in downtown Minneapolis, opened in 2016 as the home of the NFL's Minnesota Vikings. The venue cost roughly $1.1 billion to build and seats about 66,000 for football, with capacity expanding past 70,000 for concerts and other events. Its exterior uses a distinctive angled roofline of zinc panels and the largest ETFE glass doors in the world, five panes that open to the surrounding plaza. Beyond Vikings games, the stadium has hosted Super Bowl LII, the NCAA Final Four, and X Games Minneapolis. Metal barricades of the kind seen here are standard equipment for managing crowds during major events at the site.
