Cobblestone street in San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala. The town is built on steep slopes above Lake Atitlán, and many of its streets rise sharply inland from the lakeshore. Mixed-use buildings and small businesses along these narrow roads are typical of the municipality’s dense hillside street network.
