The Rock Martinez mural honoring Prince is located at the corner of West 26th Street and Hennepin Avenue in Uptown Minneapolis. This public artwork, featuring Prince's likeness, a white dove, and his birth and death years (1958-2016), was created shortly after his passing in 2016. Reports indicate it was originally planned as a "get well" tribute during an earlier period of his illness. The mural stands as a significant cultural memorial to the Minneapolis-born musician, reflecting the city's enduring connection to its celebrated artist.
