Radisson RED Hotel Boarded Up Downtown Minneapolis

Radisson RED behind boards in downtown Minneapolis
Radisson RED behind boards in downtown Minneapolis.

The Radisson RED Hotel in downtown Minneapolis is shown boarded up at night. This temporary measure was implemented following the civil unrest and protests that occurred in the city in the spring of 2020. The plywood covering the building's facade served to protect the property from potential damage during a period of heightened social and political tension. The hotel, located in the heart of the city, is a contemporary lodging establishment known for its unique design and amenities.
