Protesters and Minneapolis Police on Roof at 3rd Precinct
Protesters gather outside the Minneapolis Police 3rd Precinct at Minnehaha Avenue and Lake Street in Minneapolis on May 27, 2020, as officers stand on the roof and at the entrance to the building. The crowd holds signs referencing George Floyd and police reform, while several windows and exterior surfaces of the precinct show damage. The demonstration took place during the second day of protests after Floyd was killed by Minneapolis police, one day before the precinct was evacuated and later burned.
