Protest signs reading "Shame on You" and "Keep the Immigrants, Deport the Racists" are displayed on barricades outside the Whipple Building in Minneapolis. The building was utilized as a temporary detention center and staging area for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents during Operation Metro Surge in 2019.
