Construction is underway on Opportunity Crossing, a new six-story mixed-use building located at 3030 Nicollet Avenue and East 31st Street in South Minneapolis. This development will provide 110 affordable housing units, addressing a critical community need. The site previously housed a Wells Fargo Bank, which sustained significant damage during the 2020 Minneapolis protests.
