New Lighting on Cedar Lake Trail

The Cedar Lake Trail in Minneapolis is shown reopened with new overhead lighting beneath an overpass, as a person walks a dog along the paved corridor. The trail, a major bicycle and pedestrian route into downtown, had been closed for several years during nearby light-rail construction. Graffiti-covered retaining walls and the downtown skyline frame the route as it returns to public use after the long closure.
