Protesters gather outside Karmel Mall on Lake Street in Minneapolis during a demonstration against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In the winter march, participants carry American and Somali flags and signs opposing ICE, reflecting the strong presence of the Somali community in this commercial center.
